Books & Printed Reading Materials
Due to the nature of printed and digital books, all books are final sale.

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Non-Book Items
Journals, planners, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, clean, with original tags, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days. 
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. For US orders, the shipping fees related to the return will be deducted from refund. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
- You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
